Interior drain tile, sump basins, and vapor barrier wall systems installed by technicians who've done this hundreds of times in Pomfret, MD basements.
Basement waterproofing mistakes usually come down to one thing: fixing the symptom instead of the source. A contractor who paints over a wet wall without checking cove joint condition or exterior grading is setting you up for the same call again in a year or two.
We're bonded and insured for both residential and light commercial basement work across Pomfret, MD.
Our Pomfret, MD crews are staffed locally, so a wet basement call doesn't sit in a national queue for a week.
You get one written number before drilling starts, covering drain tile, sump basin, and discharge line.
We use pin-type moisture meters and a flashlight-and-crowbar inspection to trace water back to its real entry point.
Every Pomfret, MD Basement Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
The core fix for most Pomfret, MD basements: a perimeter drain cut into the slab edge, tied to a sump basin, that intercepts water before it reaches the floor.
Every drain tile system needs a properly sized sump pump — we calculate basin size and pump horsepower from your square footage and local water table depth.
The cove joint where the floor meets the foundation wall is one of the most common Pomfret, MD leak points, and we seal it as part of every interior system.
A dimpled plastic membrane behind any finished basement wall channels residual moisture down to the drain tile instead of trapping it behind drywall.
Poor window well drainage is one of the most overlooked Pomfret, MD basement leak sources, and it's often the cheapest fix on the list.
A quick phone conversation lets us bring the right equipment on the first visit instead of a second trip.
We also check exterior grading and downspouts, since a lot of basement leaks start outside, not inside.
We explain the reasoning behind the recommended system so you know exactly what you're paying for and why.
You'll get warranty paperwork and a walkthrough of how the system works so you know what to expect going forward.

Cost depends on linear footage, sump basin size, and whether cove joint sealing is included — we won't give a number without an in-person inspection.
We keep the cut as narrow as possible and clean up debris before leaving the site.
Larger basements or those needing extensive crack repair can take a bit longer — we'll give you a realistic timeline in the written quote.
Not always — an isolated, non-leaking crack can sometimes be handled with injection alone.
